Anyone know of antenatal swimming classes of yoga classes in north west wales?
All clasess seem to be in big cities or towns.

Most local swimming baths have a “ladies only” session. Check with local leisure/sports centre for yoga classes or ask health visitor or ante natal carers for info. Good idea if you can find it. Hope this helps

Take her to the classes and have healthy fun with her! You can pay one class at a time if you wish, to see if she likes it. I started doing yoga and met new friends in those three years, and the tools I learned still help me today ! Let her go . At least your daughter is wanting to do something healthy. Other parents are wondering where their children are !!

The hata yoga class happen once a year in Hyderabad. It generally happens in the month of December. For 2010, the hata yoga classes are done. But, these programs happen once in a month in the Isha Yoga Center in Coimbatore. Please check out Programs in www.ishafoundation.org

I would encourage you to seek out the yoga studios that are around your area and to inquire into any subsidy programs that they may run.
Some studios will either allow you to practice for no cost or maybe get you to do karma activities for the studio to trade for classes… You clean the studio 1x week and you practice or other sorts of things.

The Universal Force Healing Center is an excellent yoga studio. Classes are $12-21. All the classes are great but I recommend the Wednesday night class. It is located on 24st in the Flatiron District. To get there take the F or V to 23rd street or the R or W to 23rd.
