No you can not learn ballet without actually taking classes and having a qualified teacher observe and correct you.
Learning from a video is just plain dangerous, I’ve never met a single dancer who was able to accomplish that.

There is one at heliopolis square take road which take u to elFa7 mosque from heliopolis square after u pass the mosque and the intersection take after Zaki Pharmacy the first right after it and then turn right again walk and u will find it
