I personally would just look around my neighborhood
the closer to your home the better
if there are several – try one and see how you like the instructor
the important thing is to just get going
if you can;t find one close, then look for an alternative

Local yoga classes or group? San Joaquin County?
I live in Manteca, CA (San Joaquin County) and I am looking for local yoga classes, or even a private group I could join. I’ve looked around, with little success. Does anybody know of any?

Have you tried California Total Fitness? They have classes and guess passes if you don’t want to join. In class you could “network” with other students to start a private group if you like.
