Critique answers:
You may want to bring your own yoga mat, or at least check with the studio first to see if they provide them for you. Dress in loose comfortable clothing and be able to remove shoes and socks (ie. Don’t wear tights or hose).
You don’t have to have flexibility to begin yoga – it will help you to gently build some. As for how long that will take or how long the flexibility will last depends on your body, frequency of taking class, etc.
Your best bet would be to call the studio or visit before your first class to get answers to your questions from the instructor.
